The Hundertwasserhaus is an apartment house in Vienna, Austria, built after the idea and concept of Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser with architect Joseph Krawina as a co-author.  The Hundertwasser House is one of Vienna's most visited buildings and has become part of Austria's cultural heritage.

Gustav Klimt (1862 – 1918) was an Austrian symbolist painter and one of the most prominent members of the Vienna Secession movement. Klimt is noted for his paintings, murals, sketches, and other objets d'art. Klimt's primary subject was the female body, and his works are marked by a frank eroticism. The Kiss (Lovers) by Gustav Klimt is the most famous Austrian painting and the highlight of the permanent collection at the Upper Belvedere. It shows a couple swathed in richly embellished robes embracing in a meadow of flowers on the brink of a precipice. The painting dates from 1907/08 at the height of Klimt’s “Golden Period”..

Gustav Klimt (1862 - 1918) oli itävaltalainen symbolistinen taidemaalari ja yksi Wienin art nouveau -taidesuuntauksen kärkihahmoja. Hänen töilleen ovat tunnusomaisia kullanväriset taustat sekä mosaiikkimainen pinnan täyttö. Aikanaan hänen eroottiset ja symbolistiset maalauksensa aiheuttivat myös paljon kohua ja kritiikkiä. Klimtin tunnetuimpia töitä ovat Suudelma ja Kultainen Adele.

Karlskirche or St. Charles Church

 In 1713, the black plague swept through Vienna. Emperor Charles VI made a vow: if the plague left the city, he would build a church dedicated to his namesake, St. Charles Borromeo. St. Charles was a 16th-century Italian bishop famous for ministering to Milanese plague victims.

The card is showing the old town and river Inn. The word bruck comes from the same root as the modern German word "Brücke" meaning "bridge" which leads to "the bridge over the Inn" -  Innsbruck

The Wachau is an Austrian valley with a picturesque landscape formed by the Danube river. It is one of the most prominent tourist destinations of Lower Austria, located midway between the towns of Melk and Krems that also attracts "connoisseurs and epicureans" for its high-quality wines.

Ö is the last letter of Finnish alphabets and it was a little difficult to find any word or  and card starting with Ö, so I  choosed German for the language this time.

young Empress Elizabeth.

The young Bavarian princess Elisabeth, who all call Sissi, goes with her mother and older sister Néné to Austria where Néné will be wed to an emperor named Franz Joseph, yet unexpectedly Franz runs into Sissi while out fishing and they fall in love.......

Main attractions of the beautiful city Vienna.

The Hundertwasser House, built in 1985, is an unusual public apartment block, designed by Austrian artist Friedrich Hundertwasser. Within the block there are 50 apartments each different from each other. The apartment block is multicoloured; has irregular windows; onion dome cupolas; uneven ceramic line; floors uneven; terraces with over 200 trees and bushes
